This Week's Best Streetwear Drops: From Triple 5 Soul to Creepz

Check out our favorite streetwear drops of the week, hand-picked by our editors.

UNINTERRUPTED FW23

Inspiration comes from many places, but streetwear label UNINTERUPTED’s latest drop hails inspiration from the highly influential genre of Hip-Hop. The label, created by LeBron James and Maverick Carter, is celebrating Hip-Hop’s 50th anniversary with a Fall/Winter 2023 collection that features motifs akin to Hip-Hop’s significant influence. From a “Schemes & Dreams” label, inspired by the iconic “Parental Advisory Explicit Content” label, to “Watch Your Mouth” across various pieces, colorful music and basketball graphics tie everything together. T-shirts, crewnecks, and long sleeves come in classic black and white, as well as warm cream and slate grey—sweatpants and a beanie round out the collection, both in black with UNINTERRUPTED labeling. Check out the collection on UNINTERRUPTED’s website.

PLEASURES x Triple 5 Soul

A capsule collection from PLEASURES and Triple 5 Soul has arrived, highlighting the streetwear niche from Los Angeles to New York City. Triple 5 Soul has taken their core concepts of NYC 90s streetwear and applied them to a range with PLEASURES that looks at internet culture. Silhouettes stand on utility, such as the Triple Modular Jacket that doubles as a backpack and vest when customized. Basics such as zip-up hoodies, t-shirts, and hats are elevated with bold colors, funky fonts, and graphics, or varsity-inspired text. Colors remain neutral, with pops of blue sprinkled throughout the collection. Check out the collection on both the PLEASURES and Triple 5 Soul websites.

HAVEN x Needles

The tracksuit has been a tried and true staple of the streetwear niche, donned by anyone and everyone seeking comfort and understated cool. Japanese label Needles, known for their tracksuits, has come together with Canada-based streetwear label HAVEN to release a limited collection that focuses on elevating the tracksuit to be suitable for any weather condition. The collection, with Needles tracksuit designs, has specifically been created with 3L GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® softshell fabric, thanks to HAVEN’s craftsmanship when putting together the suits. Available in two colorways, black with blue accents and cream with gold accents, stripes run down the sides of the jackets, and matching pants with the Needles butterfly logo stitched into each garment. A Bermuda hat is also available in both colorways to top off the co-ords. Check out the collection on HAVEN’s website.

Creepz x END.

Creepz, an NFT entertainment brand, has announced its new clothing line in partnership with the U.K. retailer END. Creepz, recognized for its lizard-like avatars and alien-inspired characters, has risen in the ranks for blockchain gaming, a style of gaming where players can trade items for cryptocurrency. For their clothing line titled “Invasion,” the brand has pulled inspiration and motifs from Web3, a new form of the internet heavily involved in cryptocurrency. The first collection was co-designed by Nike and Levi’s® executives, releasing a range of jackets, hoodies, and t-shirts, all designed with an oversized style. Pieces such as a varsity jacket include colorful cartoon-like NFT iconography and graphics. Buyers of the jacket can also gain access to NFC technology that will give them access to surprises and future exclusives. Alien spaceships, the all-seeing eye, and graffiti-esque script make the collection playful and stand out. Check out the collection on the Creepz website and the END. website.
