This Week's Best Streetwear Drops: From The Hundreds to BAPE

Check out our favorite streetwear drops of the week, hand-picked by our editors.

The Hundreds ‘Beetlejuice’

Just in time for Halloween, LA streetwear label The Hundreds has released its latest capsule collection in partnership with Tim Burton’s iconic film Beetlejuice. The collection features eight different garments of casual style, such as hoodies, t-shirts, and sweaters. Each piece is uniquely different, with a graphic print coming straight from the film. Graphics such as a depiction of the Handbook for the Recently Deceased, the Inferno Room, and the original Beetlejuice poster print are just a few of the featured images. Winona Ryder’s Lydia character can also be found in the collection, amongst both partners’ logos. Colors are fun and playful, ranging from pink, lavender, and green to your basic black and grey. Check out the collection on The Hundred’s website.

Malbon Golf x Budweiser

Lifestyle brand Malbon Golf has touched on the old-money aesthetic with their latest collaboration with the King of Beers, Budweiser. Together, the brands have created a collection that focuses on relaxed, effortless, classy pieces that combine the notability of Budweiser and the refined and relaxed approach of Malbon Golf. Crewneck fleece sweaters with detailed embroidery pair well with graphic t-shirts featuring each label’s logo. A combination of both brands’ motifs is found in the Budweiser crown surrounded by Malbon Golf clubs. Pinstripe wool pants offer another option for outfits, and a quarter-zip pullover keeps things casual and functional. Polos, mock-neck long-sleeve shirts, and cable-knit cardigans are perfect for layering. Golf accessories like a golf towel, divot tool, and various club covers stay right on par with the golf theme. Check out the collection on the Malbon Golf website.

Places+Faces “Film Club”

Places+Faces is back with another fun collection titled “Film Club,” with up-and-coming UK rapper Ashbeck at the center of the campaign. This collection from the London-based streetwear label features film homages to films like Bend It Like Beckham, Belly, and Scream. Around this same time last year, Places+Faces released a similar collection inspired by Halloween film favorites like The Shining, Psycho, and Shawn of the Dead. Much like last year's collection, this drop features t-shirts with large graphics inspired by the films of choice with a worn-in washed vintage feel to add to the relaxed aesthetic. In addition to the t-shirts, a small collection of jogger pants, tank tops, and hoodies is also available, featuring staple brand scribble-style graphics. Check out the collection on the Places+Faces website.

BAPE Michael Jackson Collection

In honor of the late “King of Pop” Michael Jackson, luxury Japanese streetwear label A Bathing Ape (BAPE) has released a collection commemorating the singer. In the spotlight is a red and yellow leather varsity jacket inspired by Jackson’s outfit from the iconic music video “Thriller.” Both BAPE and Jackson motifs can be found throughout the jacket, along with an embroidered number that signifies the jacket’s limited quantity upon release. The collection also features long-sleeve t-shirts depicting graphics characteristic of BAPE style, such as illustrations of Jackson’s famous lean next to BAPE’s BABY MILO. Other graphics include Jackson’s “Billie Jean” signature move on top of the BAPE logo and BABY MILO and other BAPE characters dancing with Jackson. Check out the collection on the BAPE website.
