Filling Pieces SS24
Dutch-based streetwear label Filling Pieces has released its latest collection for the Spring/Summer 2024 season with an emphasis on childhood and nostalgia. Across the co-ed collection, titled “Gelato Games,” comes relaxed aesthetics, playfully well-constructed garments, and soft washes of color, such as taupe, beige, powder blue, and forest green against stark contrasts of black. Embroidered leather varsity jackets feature whimsical depictions of basketballs and popsicles, while cardigans are perfectly slouchy and mesh well with basic t-shirts. Quintessential streetwear hoodies are available, topped with slushy drink graphics on the front, and the brand has released new options for sneakers to go along with any mix and match of their range. Check out the collection on the Filling Pieces website.
Palace Spring 2024
Palace Skateboards has returned to the streetwear scene with an arsenal of new clothes at the ready with a Spring 2024 lookbook priming fans of the label. Along with the label’s lookbook comes the intentions behind the collection we’ve seen many times in previous collections: bold graphics, colors, and prints galore. There is truly something for everyone as this collection floats freely over multiple styles, such as camo or hexagon-printed GORE-TEX. Other pieces on the opposite end of the spectrum include bubblegum pink zip-up hoodies with Palace branding and athletic-inspired shirts made to look like respective sports jerseys. Cozy knit sweaters are available to keep things dressed up, and workwear-inspired jackets and pants co-ords keep things gritty and monochromatic. Check out the collection on the Palace Skateboards website, dropping on February 2.
Crenshaw Skate Club Winter 2024
Almost a month into 2024, Crenshaw Skate Club has emerged with a Winter 2024 collection aimed at the same purpose the brand has always held for its clothing: showcasing its Califonia skating inspiration. Out of the collection comes the usual graphic t-shirts and hoodies featuring graffiti-style graphics across each style of garment. A pink-sleeved varsity jacket is a highlight of the collection; with pink leather cowhide sleeves and a brown body made from wool, the jacket features Crenshaw Skate Club branding on the back in bright block lettering. Patch numbers run down the left sleeve, and minimal CSC branding can be found on the front of the jacket. Knitwear rounds out the collection, such as a collage sweater of various CSC emblems and a cardigan depicting a map of the Metro Rail Stations. Check out the collection on the Crenshaw Skate Club website.
Students Golf Honor Roll
Students Golf has always been the label to go against traditional golf garb. Instead of polos and slacks, Students Golf believes in streetwear staples like the graphic hoodie and t-shirt paired with baggy pants. As for its new collection, the belief has stayed the same. In its latest collection, titled “Honor Roll,” Students Golf has released a slew of garments perfect for out-of-the-box golf attire, such as loud printed matching work jackets and shorts, co-ords, camo jackets and pants, and cable sweaters. Elsewhere, traditional polos and popovers are revamped with whimsical Students Golf branding, and hoodies and t-shirts proudly feature “Students” text across lively colors. Panel hats and trucker caps with clever slogans are options for accessorizing. Check out the collection on the Students Golf website.
