Anti Social Social Club x 1500 or Nothin’
Anti Social Social Club and 1500 or Nothin’ have honed in on the impactful universe of hip-hop with their latest collaboration honoring Nipsey Hussle. In their collection, titled “Heaven’s Angels,” the clothing label and musical ensemble, who has produced songs for the likes of Rihanna, Snoop Dogg, Beyoncé and more, a range of streetwear essentials can be found from long-sleeve shirts to hoodies. The collection sees both organizations leaving their individual respective marks on the garments, such as a blend of the ASSC logo interjected with 1500 or Nothin’s text. The collection features a black hoodie meant to stand out as the tribute piece to Nipsey Hussle, featuring the letters “LLNH” (Long Live Nipsey Hussle) along the arm of the hoodie in bright yellow. Names of famous musicians, such as Brandon “G.I. Joe” Joseph and Carlos McSwain, can also be found inscribed on pieces of the collection. Metalwood Studios Winter Drop
With subtle nods to the sport of golf, Metalwood Studios has released its winter drop with garments for layering and pieces that can be worn regularly. An overview of the LA-based brand’s new drop includes the usual streetwear suspects: puffer jackets, heavy-duty work pants, and the simple t-shirt. However, to keep things interesting, the collection includes a few knit polos, a reversible bomber jacket, and fieldwork jackets. The polo aesthetic ranges from long-sleeve knit polo zip-ups to short-sleeve patterned knit polos, available in different neutral colors. To round out the purpose of fulfilling the label’s streetwear niche, the collection includes a variety of graphic t-shirts with varying Metalwood Studios motifs and text in bright pops of color such as red and blue. Reigning Champ x Golden Bear Pre-Spring 2024
Labels Reigning Champ and Golden Bear have teamed up to release a Pre-Spring 2024 collection that takes a dive into the world of sportswear. The collection, although rooted in the clothing behind athletic endeavors, has specifically been designed for the average everyday wardrobe. The Rugby Rose Albany jacket that takes inspiration from the popular sport in the U.K. comes in black with white accents, like embroidered Reigning Champ Athletic Club text and a rose patch. The jacket has been constructed from both wool, as the main part of the jacket, and leather for the sleeves. Made from melton wool, the Lobos Varsity Jacket comes in either navy blue or black with Reigning Champ embroidered text along one of the pockets. Stüssy x Our Legacy WORK SHOP
Stüssy has returned to the new year with a collaboration with Our Legacy WORK SHOP to bring a heritage-inspired collection. Among the most notable items of the collection are a reversible shearling zip hoodie, a reversible shearling vest, and a quilted jacket. A combined logo between the two brands can be found on t-shirts and beanies for options as accessories. The collection includes double-breasted suit garments and leather belts of various styles to add a touch of formality and craftsmanship.
