In Review: Pink Pantheress' "Angel"

Pink Pantheress has just released her newest track, “Angel,” building anticipation for the new Barbie movie.


SOUND

This track begins with a classic Pink Pantheress drum and bass beat that quickly fades into her mellow vocals. It is riddled with fun sound effects, and this energy is matched with a catchy melody within the chorus. There are string lines within the background of the track, giving the song a slight country flare. This country flare, matched with the soft vocal chop in the background, creates a riveting listening experience for listeners as she mixes two genres rarely ever heard. Pink Pantheress details the trials and tribulations that come with a sudden ending of a relationship.
