What's New In Fashion: From Burberry to Percival

Our favorite new moments in fashion, hand-picked by our editors.

Burberry Spring 2024 Campaign

Daniel Lee, the creative director for Burberry, has given the English fashion house a breath of fresh air for the summer with his latest Spring 2024 campaign aimed at giving new life to the brand while keeping its traditional and recognizable roots. The notorious Burberry check plaid has a vibrant new look with a different color palette, unlike anything Burberry has done before, such as a deep forest green and rich navy blue. Contemporary oversized jackets and bags take hold of this new modern era for Burberry, while traditional knits and the classic Burberry scarf are still vital components.

Louis Vuitton x Rihanna for Men’s Spring-Summer 2024

As iconic as Rihanna is, it’s only fitting that with the new wave washing over Louis Vuitton from Pharrell Williams’ debut, Rihanna stars in one of the brand’s latest campaigns. With the spotlight on the Maison’s Speedy handbag, Rihanna delivers the suave and captivating energy reminiscent of the bag itself, featured in an array of bold colors from sunny yellow to cherry red. The reimagined handbag, alongside the iconic singer, is one of the most significant markers for Williams’ trajectory of Louis Vuitton.

Percival x Duke + Dexter

London-based menswear brand Percival and London-based shoe designer Duke + Dexter have created two posh pair of penny loafers for anyone who wants to remain elegant and sleek. The capsule will release two different colorways, “Rattan” and “Nettle,” the first featuring black and white contrasting materials of leather and suede with delicate floral embroidering, and the second a monochromatic cream colorway based around suede and netted fabric with black soles. The capsule encourages shoe lovers to “leave their laces at the door” and slip into a perfect summer shoe for those more formal moments.
